Does God Answer Prayer?
The Eternal Wall will show the world the hope of Jesus
Introducing the Eternal Wall, an awe-inspiring structure shaped like an infinity loop known as a Möbius strip. This dynamic, boundless surface represents the unending nature of God, always listening and answering our prayers.
Crafted by taking a ribbon, adding a half-twist, and connecting the ends, the Eternal Wall forms a seamless, ever-connecting line with no inside or outside – a true testament to divine connection.
Soaring over 160 feet into the sky, this monumental masterpiece caught the world’s attention in 2016, when a global competition with the Royal Institute of British Architects drew 133 entries from 28 countries. In May 2019, Southampton-based Snug Architects emerged victorious with their innovative concept, which has since been refined for even greater scale and impact.
Experience the Eternal Wall and embrace the infinite presence of God!
Why it's important for you to Share your answered prayers
As we collect answered prayers from all around the world, they will each be “assigned” to one of the millions of bricks in the structure, of which 80,000 are designated to represent answered prayers from the United States! When someone, either on the property or virtually somewhere in the world, opens the Eternal Wall app and aims their phone camera at a brick, augmented reality technology will display the answered prayer associated with that brick.
All the prayers will also be searchable by topic, keyword, country of origin, and other parameters. For example: someone might come to the wall needing some encouragement in the area of worry. They can search that keyword or topic and find hundreds and hundreds of times that God answered someone’s prayer on the topic of worry, helped them through it, and strengthened their faith in the process.
It is highly possible, with traffic in the area currently around 500,000 vehicles per day, that someone will stop by, find your prayer, and be led to faith in Jesus by the hope your prayer helps them find! What better way to be a witness to someone – with a prayer that God already answered for you?
Three Ways You Can Help
- Share your answered prayers with us. Please fill out this form with details about a time when God answered your prayer – large or small – and fill it out as many times as you’d like!
- Join our mailing list. We will be updating our followers with information on the construction, technology, and other details as they develop.
- Give to the Eternal Wall project. As you can imagine, this is an expensive endeavor, but the potential for reaching lost and searching people everywhere is unprecedented – because once it’s built, it will be sharing the hope of Jesus with people for generations to come.
